The parent companion app. Deletes the parent account, all linked children's associations, scheduled words, and subscription records.
The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the app:
Open the app → tap Profile (bottom nav) → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account.
Open the app → tap Profile (bottom nav) → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account. Confirm the deletion in the dialog. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Send us a deletion request from the email address associated with your account. We will delete all your data within 30 days and send a confirmation.
⚠️ Important: Please send the request from the email address linked to your account, or include your User ID (found in the app under Profile). This helps us locate and delete the correct account.
We acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
Your account is deactivated immediately — no new data is written after this point.
All personal data is permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
We send a confirmation email to confirm deletion is complete.
